Yes — multi-quote comparison is included on every service request across both plans. We source competing quotes from vetted vendors in our network, compare them honestly, and give you a clear recommendation on which is the best deal and why. You always see the full picture before making a decision.

Every member gets a comprehensive review at signup and again every 6 months. We look at your current home and auto insurance policies for coverage gaps or overpayments, review your home's key systems and service history, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes expensive. This is included on both plans at no additional cost.

On negotiations where we secure significant savings, a performance fee applies — but only when you win. We charge 5% of the amount saved. If we get $3,000 off a roofing contract, our fee is $150. You keep the other $2,850. If we can't get you a better price, there's no fee.

Our recommendations are never influenced by vendor relationships. We always find you the best price from the most qualified vetted provider first.

Yes — all plans are month-to-month. Cancel with a simple text or email and your membership ends at the close of your billing period. No long-term commitments, no cancellation fees.
